Sefton Council will be delivering the Green Homes Grant LAD 1b and LAD 2 schemes this year with approximately 250 homes in the borough benefitting from interventions such as external wall insulation and loft insulation. The targeted properties of all tenure types will have poor energy efficiency ratings from low income households.

Please note - the grant does not include any funding towards replacement windows.
