The Southport Eco centre and Sefton Council's Coastal Defence Team have produced a topic based, creative educational resource on the dynamic subject of climate and coastal change. The resource is unique to the Sefton area and has been carefully developed, drawing on the experience of practitioners both within education and those tasked with preserving our unique coastline. |

Aimed at a key Stage 2 audience, the CoastWatch animated series and accompanying resource material provide a flexible tool to inspire you when planning your topic. The resource will help you to teach a topic relevant to your local area, covering all key skills pertinent to the Eco Schools framework and supports many other areas of the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum, which are all highlighted within the resource pack provided. |
